How do I train my clients/patients/athletes in this way?
First, we are so glad that you are interested in taking a trauma informed approach in your work. We offer trainings for coaches, trainers, physical therapists and others to advance your understanding of trauma and to offer a framework for how to work with your clients/patients/athletes in a trauma informed manner. Is attending one of your trainings relevant to me?
Absolutely! As we grow our TIWL network across the world, it is critical that we have a community of mental health professionals and trauma trained coaches and trainers to collaborate in their work with clients. This allows for supportive and helpful referrals to be made as well as for providers to join together in an integrative way to support their clients more holistically. We welcome you!
